After staying here for more than three months, this hotel has truly become my home, and the people here feel like my family. It might not be the best hotel on the planet, but the staff genuinely do their best every day to keep you happy, comfortable, and looked after. A huge thank you to Amanda, Jade, James, Sue, Estelle, Jack, John, the housekeeping team, Reece, Nicole, Yazmin, Sharon, Rhia, Lucy, and the rest whose names I might have forgotten — you all make this place special.
Stayed here for 4 nights. Comfortable room, no air-conditioning, but there was a fan which kept me cool. Everything worked as it should. Although near a busy road and behind a supermarket it was quiet. Shops and eateries within walking distance. Parking onsite, just register your car at reception.
Absolutely splendid staff, very helpful and accommodating sue and Amanda done there upmost to make sure the full team was happy with there stay and went above and beyond with anything we asked! Highly recommended
I recently had a fantastic stay at the Premier Inn Harwich, and I cannot recommend it highly enough, especially if you are travelling via the ferry terminal. Superb Location for Stena Line The hotel's location is absolutely perfect, positioned right near the Stena Line terminal. This made the early morning departure completely stress-free—it couldn't be more convenient. Exceptional Service from Start to Finish From the moment I arrived, the welcome was genuinely warm. The reception staff were friendly and efficient, setting a lovely, positive tone for the entire stay. Delicious Dining at Brewers Fayre I opted for both dinner and breakfast at the attached Brewers Fayre, and the food was excellent on both occasions. The staff in the restaurant were incredibly welcoming and very attentive, ensuring I had everything we needed. It’s such a bonus to have such a high-quality, convenient dining option right in the hotel. Comfortable and Well-Equipped Room My room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and well-equipped. I enjoyed the reliable, fast Wi-Fi, the large TV, and the convenient coffee and tea facilities. As expected from a Premier Inn, the bed was incredibly comfortable, guaranteeing a brilliant night’s sleep. In summary, this is a top-notch Premier Inn. Excellent service, superb food, and a perfect location. A definite 5/5!
Very helpful,friendly staff. Makes working trips to Harwich ,which isn't the easiest place to get to,much more pleasant. Happy to recommend this hotel. And only have positive things to say generally about Premier Inn...The standard late checkout was particularly helpful on this trip as we planned to visit friends on our way home and this gave us time to organise work related matters before moving on to the leasure part of the trip.

The Harwich Premier Inn was great. We had two nights there each end of a week’s trip to Netherlands. The staff were excellent Amanda and Jade on the desk and so polite and helpful especially with the parking arrangements - leave your car at the hotel and the fee was a donation for their charity GOSH as you leave - what a great charity. The cleanliness of the whole hotel was excellent from gardens, car park and especially the rooms - so thank you Harwich Premier Inn for a great stay
